На долю "Фанфик в файл" приходится около 10% всех просмотров сайта в сутки. Сервис уже давно вырос за рамки того, что я изначально задумывал, но это и не удивительно. Основная идея - возможность скачать архивы произведений в книжных форматах - сохранила актуальность только для фф.нет и частично для СИ. Позднее основным предназначением сервиса стало: ведение учета прочитанного при помощи меток, подписка на обновления и коллекционирование.
Немного цифр:
Всего произведений в сервисе: 281 тысяча
Меток поставлено: 700 тысяч
Рекомендаций написано: 2300
Распределение по сайтам источникам:
фикбук: 153 тысячи
ХогНэт: 18 тысяч
Сказки: 9 тысяч
СИ: 31 тысяча
фф.нет: 42 тысячи
АОЗ: 7,5 тысяч
ЛитНет: 9 тысяч
АвторТудей: 11,5 тысяч
О популярности сайтов по этим цифрам можно судить лишь отчасти. Для ХогНэта и АвторТудей я вручную загружал все произведения. С СИ, АвторуТудей и ЛитНета автоматически добавляются все или некоторые новинки. А вот фф.нет пользуется спросом именно у пользователей сервиса, из-за отсутствия на самом сайте возможности скачать произведение. Ну и фикбук, это фикбук.
Раздумываю над целесообразностью прикрепления профилей с других сайтов к профилю пользователя на Фанфиксе. И над ссылками "Фанфики по этому фандому с других сайтов" в фандомах. Вроде не хочется превращать Фанфикс в агрегатор, а вроде почему бы и нет.

Секундочку, то есть у рефери наворовано 200к работ, тогда как на его собственном сайте добровольно выложенно... 37к? Господи, какой пиздец.

The owner of that site earns money on other people’s intellectual property through ads on his site, so I would suggest using ads blocker when visiting the site. 

The fanworks are taken without any authors' permission and even their knowledge about this situation from numerous sites, like archiveofourown.org, fanfiction.net, and etc. If you indeed gave your permission to FFM for publication of your works, then disregard my message. 

If you did not give a permission, then we regret that this happened to you. We have a very useful advice from AO3 Legal Team (https://archiveofourown.org/admin_posts/2692 ), which our volunteers checked by ourselves. You need to submit the takedown request to the host site and, then, your works and, if you request this, any piece of information about you should get deleted from FFM after the hosting company processes your request (usually it takes 10-12 hours). It is simple to do, quick and very efficient solution. It also works perfectly well for all stolen works taken not only from AO3, but from any other international fan sites. For your convenience, here is a simple guide on how to fill in the authors' right violation claim form at the host site along with suggested complain text and some advice with regards to e-mail exchange with the hosting company: https://do-a-reference-properly.tumblr.com/post/187926459079/finally-some-good-news 

Please, help us share this information with all abused authors and stop the theft of your stories. Please share/reblog our Tumblr post to alert all fanworks creators. And we hope that this information will help you to resolve this problem easily.

Аноны, мы составили шаблон письма, которое вы можете направить иностранному автору, работу которого выложили на фанфиксе.
В письмо необходимо добавить ссылку на работу/работы на фанфиксе
Вы можете запостить текст этого письма в комментариях к фику на АОЗ, написать автору через тамблер (в комментариях к каком-либо посту или в личку), в другой соцсети или на электронную почту. На АО3 многие авторы указывают как связаться через тамблер или другую платформу.
Если в ответах авторов будет что-то непонятно или потребуется написать пояснения вы можете прийти сюда, коллективно разберемся, подготовим и переведем ответ
Кроме того, у нас есть аноны-добровольцы, которые готовы помогать в удалении фиков иностранных авторов с фанфикса. Если кто-то из авторов попросит помочь с удалением, пишите об этом сюда, техническую работу по удалению проведут аноны.

There is a strong suspicion that it was posted without your consent, because fanfics.me (I’ll call it FFM for brevity’s sake) has been notoriously known for claims on re-posting fanworks without the consent of the authors.  FFM doesn't comply with DMCA which means that such reposts endanger fanworks' creators in case the copyright holder demands to delete the fanwork. If you gave your permission to post your work on this site, please disregard this message.  If your work was posted without your permission, you might want to consider contacting the administration of the site from where your work was downloaded, owner of FFM (at [email protected]), or act on your own.

Recently the owner of FFM suggested (https://fanfics.me/message399014) using "Don't copy to another site" tag on AO3 in case you don’t want your work to be copied to FFM. If you check AO3 you may notice that this tag has hugely emerged in the recent weeks (https://archiveofourown.org/tags/Don't%20copy%20to%20another%20site) but mostly amongst Russian users and there is a good reason for this: the owner of FFM is Russian and announced this tag only in Russian and only at his own blog, so naturally there is no way for non-Russian speaking AO3 users to know about this – albeit non-satisfactory - solution. There are no guaranties that the FFM’s owner won’t change the rules again as has already happened numerous times and that works with this tag won’t be reposted in the future, but for now it’s the only quick and working solution. Please note that adding this tag won’t work for works that have already been stolen, as only those who have accounts at FFM will be able to delete the work. However, the Russian fandom – except for the owner of FFM – strongly condemns reposts without the consent of the author, so feel free to contact me again providing the links to the stolen works, so we could delete it for you.

Please note that FFM also copies your works posted on fanfiction.net, fictionpress.com, fanfiktion.de and likely other web-archives, but for these sites there is no way to forbid such copying in the first place, no tag, nothing at all. We will gladly assist you in deleting fanworks copied to FFM from any other web-archive, the same as we'll gladly do for works copied from AO3.

Additionally FFM’s owner makes money out of reposted free fanworks from numerous Google and Yandex ads on each and every FFM’s page by having people go to this site when searching for fics on Google etc. So we recommend using an Ads Blocker when visiting this site in order to prevent the owner from earning more. Ghostery or Adblock Plus work just fine, but you can use any other Ads Blocker that is convenient to you.

If you or your fellow authors want to check whether any other fanworks were reposted either from AO3 or other web-archive, please follow this link https://fanfics.me/fictofile/find?str=insert-title-nickname, insert the title of your work or your AO3/other web-archive nickname into the field containing the words "insert-title-nickname" and hit "Искать". For works rated mature or explicit you may only see the caption "Текст произведения доступен только зарегистрированным пользователям старше 18 лет" ("The text of the work is available only to registered users over 18 years old"), but FFM users are able to read and download the story.

This situation is highly unpleasant and I full-heartedly sympathize with you, but please do not delete your works from AO3 or other web-archive, a lot of people love and re-read them, besides, if the work is deleted from AO3 or other web-archive it will be nearly impossible to delete it from FFM.

If you are indeed gave your permission to the site fanfics.me for publications of your works, then disregard my message.

If you did not give a permission, then this situation is highly unpleasant and I full-heartedly sympathize  you, but please do not delete your works from AO3 or other web-archive, because the copy appeared at fanfics.me will be still alive, i.e. it will not help to delete it. Instead, a Russian fan-community would like to help you with removing all copies, because we recognized such  unethical behavior of the owner of that site in February 2019 and since that time we try to down his and his site unethical activity. Recently, he introduced  the "Don't copy to another site" tag created specially for the archiveofourown.org authors. This tag should be mentioned on each work presented on archiveofourown.org in case the AO3 authors don't want their works to be copied to fanfics.me. Please, do it for all your works in the Additional Tags field. Next, let me know by a comment here that you want to delete the copies from fanfics.me. Unfortunately, only the registered at that site users can help to delete the work and we will do it for you by pressing the button "Update" that will finally remove the copies. Please, use this tag for all your future works at AO3.     

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to delete the fanworks from fanfics.me that are entirely copied from other sites like fanfiction.net, fictionpress.com, fanfiktion.de etc. The authors can only contact the owner by email  refery(at)fanfics.ru. You can also report this issue to the Support Teams of the AO3 and other sites or act on your own.

I stress that this is done in automatic mode without any permission of the authors and the full texts are reposted. Moreover, the authors of these works can not delete their works from that site and/or manage them. The site is in Russian and, hence, I strongly believe that non-Russian speaking authors even do not know that their works are reposted somewhere else. Each author can check whether or not his/her fanworks were copied by searching at https://fanfics.me/fictofile/find?str=insert-nickname via inserting the title of their works or their AO3/other web-archive nickname into the field containing the words "insert-nickname" and hit "Искать".

Moreover, this site generates income for its owner from having people go to this site when searching for fics on google etc.

I stress that FFM doesn't comply with DMCA which means that such reposts endanger fanworks' creators in case the copyright holder demands to delete the fanwork.

As a Russian fan-community, we have tried to stop such activity of the fanfics.me many times, however, we have not been successful in achieving our goal completely. The most recent our achievement is that the owner of that site introduced the "Don't copy to another site" tag created specially for the AO3 authors. This tag should be mentioned on each work presented on AO3 in case the authors don’t want their works to be copied to fanfics.me. This has been recently announced in Russian language only and in the owner private blog on that site. So, as a Russian fan-community we ask the AO3 Technical Team to announce this tag to all authors of the AO3 and make this situation known.

Even then, although the full version of fic is not going to be on it anymore, the fic's name, author's name and summary will remain there.

We suggest to use this tag in all new works on AO3 in automatic mode to prevent the automatic reposting from AO3 to fanfics.me. When this tag is mentioned on the AO3 works, the new fanworks are not copied, but the already "stolen" ones can be deleted from the fanfics.me in manual mode by the registered users, only. Russian users may help with this after the tag is introduced in AO3. We have already started to write to the AO3 authors and we are helping with the removal of their works. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cover all authors and work manually. So, we contact the Technical Team with the aim to bring their attention to this situation and then to all AO3 users, and hope that AO3 team may find a general solution to resolve this problem, possibly, in the collaboration with the AO3 lawyers. You may also contact the owner of the site fanfics.me by email: [email protected].

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to delete the fanworks from fanfics.me that are entirely copied from other sites like fanfiction.net, fictionpress.com, fanfiktion.de etc. The authors can only contact the owner by email: [email protected].

But be cautioned because we had this situation with this site copying from another Russian site, the tags were implemented, and after some time works that were properly tagged still ended up being copied.

Оно получилось длинным и поэтому через их кнопку Technical Support and Feedback внизу сайта не отправляется целиком. Можно отправить первую половину письма с самой сутью. А можно написать своими словами на русском. На АОЗ есть такая опция и ваше письмо поймут и прочтут. Только в шапке письма в поле язык нужно поменять на "Русский". Письмо должно быть небольшим, чтобы отправилось без проблем.

Если нашли образец опубликованного в фвф текста с fanfiction.net или любой другой фан-площадке, то в этом письме меняем fanfiction.net (выделено жирным шрифтом в письме) на сайт, откуда взять контент. Приводим пример ссылки вместо русского текста (не выкладывайте ссылку доказательство в общий тред холиварки! доказательства быстро сносятся). Идем на сайт fanfiction.net или любой другой фан-площадки, ищем их адрес поддержки. Обычно внизу сайта есть кнопка help и емейл контакт (примеры: https://www.fanfiction.net/support/ и https://www.fictionpress.com/support/). Отправляем им письмо.

Реф писал в своем блоге, что сделал возможность тянуть в фвф книги с сайта Author.Today (АТ). Это быстро растущий сейчас сайт, где публикуются русские писатели, а также уже и фанфики. Часть книг выложена бесплатно. Даже если бесплатный контент сворован сервисом фвф, то создателям АТ будет весьма любопытно узнать, что 1) частично тащат их контент и на этом зарабатывают на рекламе на своем сайте, и 2) за счет их контента легко и непринужденно поднимают в топе свой сайт. Ссылки на оригиналы произведений хоть и стоят, но перелиновка поисковика сделана очень мудрено. См. пример с фикбуком, у которого ссылки с оригиналами выдаются ниже, чем фанфикс с той же сворованной копией.

Я напомню, что Author.Today быстро растущий сейчас ресурс. Они проплачивают рекламу в соц.сетях, чтобы быстрее нарастить клиентскую базу и войти в топ площадок и поисковиков. Беря у них бесплатный контент, Реф бесплатно это делает за их счет.

Мы не нашли примера утащенной работы с Author.Today в фвф, поэтому отложили идею написания поста-блога для пользователей Authors.Today. Здесь выкладываем первый черновик. Скорее всего, Реф пока втихую откатил подобное заимствование с Authors.Today, но со временем, когда волна уляжется, он скорее всего вернет. Если заметите такую утащенную работу с Authors.Today в фвф, то можете сами написать об этом в блоге своего аккаунта Authors.Today. Они там очень активны. Внимание обеспечено. Либо вместе с холиваркой доработаем этот черновик ниже и кто-то выложит в своем блоге вместо вас, если вы не хотите сами светиться такой активностью.

Позиция самого администратора ресурса (выраженная в справке): "Размещённые в ФвФ произведения не удаляются — это всего лишь сервис, мы удалим один раз, читатели скачают ещё раз. Зачем им мешать? Исключением является случай удаления произведения с исходного сайта".
И не стоит забывать: "Страница произведения в ФвФ не является публикацией на нашем сайте, так как текст не проверяется редакторами и не управляется ни одним из пользователей Фанфикс.ми".

Что можно сделать?

• Написать ReFeRy на почту;
• Подать жалобу в поисковики:

• Иной юридический способ решить проблему;

Скорее всего он пока в тихую откатил подобное изменение. Но держите руку на пульсе. Со временем, он все вернет. Пример с фикбуком примечателен. Если увидите работу с этих сайтов (да и вообще любых других) на фвф, то действуйте по плану выше или просите анонов холиварки сделать это за вас. Ссылку-доказательство не приносите в общую ветку! Доказательства быстро исчезают))

Вбиваете свой ник или название работы и если есть...
Вы сможете удалить текст, взятый с ficbook.net (поставить прямой запрет на размещение и обновить работу на фанфиксе) и с АО3 (поставить тег "Don't copy to another site" в поле "additional tag" и обновить на фанфиксе работу). Не стоит убирать текст с ао3 и фикбука до этих процедур, иначе вы никак не сможете убрать его с фанфикса.
Если ваш фанфик имеет высокий рейтинг, то его текст может быть не виден вам — он открыт только для зарегистрированных пользователей. Но это ничего не меняет, текст всё равно скопирован и выложен на этом сайте без вашего разрешения. Если вам нужна любая помощь в удалении фиков, можете обратиться в соответствующую тему на Холиварфоруме, ссылка есть ниже.
Увы, тексты, копированные с других ресурсов, можно удалить только путём прямого обращения администратору ресурса по адресу: [email protected]
В лучшем случае, если очень повезет и ReFeRy будет в хорошем настроении.

Наглая беспринципная ложь: текст выкладывается в рамках сайта фанфикс, индексируется поисковиками и порой выскакивает раньше страницы-источника, поскольку Рефери нарочито дурит боты кодом: для них ссылки на источник не существует.

В соответствии с правилами партнерской программы Яндекс, размещенными по адресам https://yandex.ru/support/partner2/efficiency/site-quality.html и https://yandex.ru/support/webmaster/yandex-indexing/webmaster-advice.html, устанавливаются критерии оценки качества сайта, а также основные принципы и рекомендации деятельности сайтов; отдельно отмечено, что следование им «поможет в индексировании и лучшем ранжировании вашего сайта, в то время как применение обманных техник может привести к понижению его позиций или исключению его из поиска».
Как указывает Яндекс «Все методы создания искусственных и недобросовестных кликов и показов категорически запрещены».

Яндекс также указывает какие сайты могут быть отнесены к низким по качеству:

- Сайты, копирующие или переписывающие информацию с других ресурсов и не создающие оригинальный контент.

- Сайты с каталогами (статей, программ, предприятий и т. п.), если они являются только агрегаторами контента, не создают тексты и описания самостоятельно и не предоставляют никакого уникального сервиса.
- Сайты, ставящие внешние ссылки исключительно для обмана поисковых систем и «накачивания» релевантности и не являющиеся рекомендацией автора посетить ресурс.

С учетом перечисленных принципов действуют различные ограничения, в том числе такие как: исключение из поиска страниц сайта, понижение в результатах поиска.

В связи с изложенным довожу до вашего сведения, что сайт www.fanfics.me, являющийся сайтом-участником программы рекламой сети Яндекс и размещающий у себя рекламу в рамках данной программы:

- осуществляет массовое копирование текстов с таких сайтов как www.ficbook.net, www.fanfiction.net, www.archiveofourown.org, www.fictionpress.com, samlib.ru и, вероятно, с сайтов www.snapetales.com, proza.ru, fanfiktion.de, galtara.ru, kertianslib.ru, а также скорее всего из других сайтов в сети Интернет. Кроме того, такое копирование осуществляется без получения какого-либо разрешения авторов работ;

- из скопированных работ на сайте составлен каталог, а сам сайт является в том числе агрегатом скопированного контента, на что неоднократно указывал непосредственно владелец сайта: https://fanfics.me/message326581, https://fanfics.me/message398151 и здесь https://fanfics.me/message397620 (также, на случай, если владелец сайта удалит оригинальные посты, дублирую ссылки на данные страницы, сохраненные в сервисе Wayback Machine https://web.archive.org/web/20190303223830/https://fanfics.me/message326581, https://web.archive.org/web/20190910200527/https://fanfics.me/message398151 и https://web.archive.org/web/20190910201623/https://fanfics.me/message397620);

- сайт использует скопированные работы и ссылки на них для обмана поисковых систем и «накачивания» релевантности, при этом такое размещение не является рекомендацией владельца посетить ресурс, откуда была скопирована работа. В результате страница сайта, где были выложен текст изначально, в поисковой выдаче оказывают ниже страницы со скопированным текстом на www.fanfics.me.

Дополнительно сообщаем, что владелец данного ресурса выразил намерение осуществлять автоматическим перевод скопированного контента (о котором я писала выше) на русский язык, что также нарушает правила Яндекс. (https://fanfics.me/message400827 , а также, на случай если оригинальный пост будет удален, направляю вас ссылку на пост, сохраненный в сервисе Wayback Machine  https://web.archive.org/web/20190910200458/https://fanfics.me/message400827).

Прошу вас принять меры относительно данной ситуации.

Дополнительно обращаю ваше внимание на то, что ранее в службу поддержки Яндекс уже направлялись жалобы на данный сайт в связи с тем, что сайт незаконно размещает на своих страницах тексты литературных произведений (Гарри Поттер, Хоббит, серия книг Буджолд).

P.S. Многочисленные недовольные пользователи уже уведомили о данной ситуации компанию Google.

Spamindexing - это воровство чужого контента и зарабаток на нем через рекламу. Способ борьбы коротко: владелец Воровского сайта заключает с Гугль и Яндекс официальный контракт. Они размещают рекламу у него и за это платят ему деньги. Однако, политика Гугл и Яндекс строго запрещает воровство контента. Поэтому способ решения - жалоба в Гугл и Яндекс на сайт и нарушение их договора владельцем.

The site in question is both registered and hosted in Russia according to the Whois database, which is why DMCA takedowns can be ignored by both the site owner and the host and there’s really nothing to be done about it; the Digital Millennium Copyright Act applies to sites based in the United States.

However, this site is making money from Google Adsense.

Now, you can report the site for spam as recommended in the link above. It qualifies as such under Google’s content guidelines prohibiting “Thin content with little or no added value,” which prohibits scraped content from other sources.

But

Why do that when you can go all out and send Google the DMCA takedown request? (Here is Google’s policy regarding copyright infringement on publisher sites; here is the direct link to the DMCA takedown request form for the Adsense program.)

It’s clear that this site is being run by someone who is making money off of the content they’re stealing with no regard for the creators they’re stealing from. Polite discourse has done nothing, and considering the fact that this is now a recurring issue, it’s time to hit them with some natural consequences for their actions. It’s entirely possible that Google will elect to terminate the publisher account based on an influx of copyright infringement reports against the site, and they may elect to remove the listings from search engine indexing as well which will tank the site’s ability to earn even if they’re able to apply for publisher accounts with other advertising networks.

Yandex may be another method of recourse based on the language in their Advertising Network Terms of Offer: 3.5. The Owner shall ensure that the content of the Owner's Resources complies with the current legislation of Switzerland, the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of Ukraine and with the legislation of other countries (if applicable), as well as the requirements set forth in this Offer and the Rules of Participation during the term of the Agreement. [email protected] seems to be the best option available for contacting Yandex regarding infringing content on the publisher’s site; this should be covered at least under Swiss copyright legislation, although the wording seems vague enough that they might honor a DMCA takedown.

At any rate, it could be worthwhile sending notice that your work has been infringed on that identifies you as the copyright holder, the site it was originally posted on and the URL of the work in question, the URL of the page where it appears on the infringing site, and mention of the publisher account being in violation of copyright law by reproducing your copyrighted work without your permission.

And chances are that any advertising network they choose to use in the future will have similar policies that fanfiction authors can use to their benefit.

FFM doesn't comply with DMCA which means that this reposts endanger fanworks' creators in case the copyright holder demands to delete the fanwork.

If your work was posted without your permission, you might want to consider contacting the administration of the site from where your work was downloaded, owner of FFM, or act on your own.
Recently the owner of FFM suggested (https://fanfics.me/message399014 ) using "Don't copy to another site" tag on AO3 in case you don’t want your work to be copied to FFM. If you check AO3 you may notice that this tag has hugely emerged in the recent weeks (https://archiveofourown.org/tags/Don't%20copy%20to%20another%20site ) but mostly amongst Russian users and there is a good reason for this: the owner of FFM is Russian and announced this tag only in Russian and only at his own blog, so naturally there is no way for non-Russian speaking AO3 users to know about this – albeit non-satisfactory - solution. There are no guaranties that the FFM’s owner won’t change the rules again as has already happened numerous times and that works with this tag won’t be reposted in the future, but for now it’s the only quick and working solution. Please note that adding this tag won’t work for works that have already been stolen, as only those who have accounts at FFM will be able to delete the work. However, the Russian fandom – except for the owner of FFM – strongly condemns reposts without the consent of the author, so feel free to contact me again providing the links to the stolen works, so we could delete it for you.

Вроде нормально. Видите украденную работу и, переходя по ссылке на автора, сообщаете ему в комментарии или личку (многие на ao3 указывают как связаться через тамблер).

А никто не среагирует полным удалением? Сделает еще хуже, так как потом работу никак не убрать.

Можно начать с тех кто уже украден, они могут поднять шумиху и оповещать читателей, а те в свою очередь всех остальных.
Сразу с сайта выбираем канон и идем по англоязычным саммари. Только канон должен быть на английском.

Аноны, мы составили шаблон письма, которое вы можете направить иностранному автору, работу которого выложили на фанфиксе.
В письмо необходимо добавить ссылку на работу/работы на фанфиксе
Вы можете запостить текст этого письма в комментариях к фику на АОЗ, написать автору через тамблер (в комментариях к каком-либо посту или в личку), в другой соцсети или на электронную почту. На АО3 многие авторы указывают как связаться через тамблер или другую платформу.
Если в ответах авторов будет что-то непонятно или потребуется написать пояснения вы можете прийти сюда, коллективно разберемся, подготовим и переведем ответ
Кроме того, у нас есть аноны-добровольцы, которые готовы помогать в удалении фиков иностранных авторов с фанфикса. Если кто-то из авторов попросит помочь с удалением, пишите об этом сюда, техническую работу по удалению проведут аноны.

FFM doesn't comply with DMCA which means that such reposts endanger fanworks' creators in case the copyright holder demands to delete the fanwork.
If you gave your permission to post your work on this site, please disregard this message. 
If your work was posted without your permission, you might want to consider contacting the administration of the site from where your work was downloaded, owner of FFM, or act on your own.
Recently the owner of FFM suggested (https://fanfics.me/message399014 ) using "Don't copy to another site" tag on AO3 in case you don’t want your work to be copied to FFM. If you check AO3 you may notice that this tag has hugely emerged in the recent weeks (https://archiveofourown.org/tags/Don't%20copy%20to%20another%20site ) but mostly amongst Russian users and there is a good reason for this: the owner of FFM is Russian and announced this tag only in Russian and only at his own blog, so naturally there is no way for non-Russian speaking AO3 users to know about this – albeit non-satisfactory - solution. There are no guaranties that the FFM’s owner won’t change the rules again as has already happened numerous times and that works with this tag won’t be reposted in the future, but for now it’s the only quick and working solution. Please note that adding this tag won’t work for works that have already been stolen, as only those who have accounts at FFM will be able to delete the work. However, the Russian fandom – except for the owner of FFM – strongly condemns reposts without the consent of the author, so feel free to contact me again providing the links to the stolen works, so we could delete it for you.
